Within walking distance from the Champs Elysées, avenue Victor Hugo and the Trocadéro, JAYS-Paris is a new concept for short as well as for long stays, combining contemporary elegance, modern design, refinement and luxury.

 

 The small, two floor high building with Jays apartments  is situated on a small street in a upper-class bourgois area in the 16th district in Paris. At the corner of Avenue Kleber  you are at one step from the Arc of Triumph, the Champs Elysées and the Air France shuttle to the Roissy airport.

For your well-being JAYS is a no smoking property, and animals are not allowed.

  PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy								Reservations must be cancelled no later than 72 hours prior to the date of arrival to avoid a penalty charge. In case of No Show or late cancellation the amount of 100% of the first night and 50%  of all the following nights will be debited on your credit card.
Prepayment								50% of the total amount will be debited your credit card 7 days prior to arrival.
Payment								The remaining 50% should be settled upon arrival.
Check in Check out								14 hours / 2 pm 12 hours / noon

JAYS generously spacious, bright and warm Suites are situated around the central marble staircase, highlighted by a glass skylight. Each suite is decorated in a different theme with individually designed modern and antique furniture. The decor of the suites is a mixe of new and ancient with a seducing atmosphere of calm and serenity.

 

The Club Room, with self-serve coffee, tea and light snacks welcomes in-house guests and their visitors, 24 hours a day.

Salons are available for meetings and special receptions upon request.

Breakfast can be organized in your room but must be ordered the day before. You also have the possibility to go to the Brasserie across the street and have a delicious French breakfast  with croissants and café au lait.

Arc of Triumph and Place de l’Etoile which surrounds it, form one of Paris’ most interesting landmarks. Twelve avenues radiate from the arc which explains why it’s called "étoile", the star. One of these twelve avenues is Avenue Kleber  which leads down to Jays Apartments.

If  you walk Avenue Kleber in the other direction you will come to  Place du Trocadero. Set in the Trocadero Gardens you find the Chaillot Palace, with a broad terrace and imposing fountains that provides a raised view over the Seine River, the Eiffel Tower and its gardens, the Champs de Mars.
