Cancellation Policy

Cancellations between 14 and 30 days: only 50% of the prepayment
will be retained. Cancellations 14days and shorter to arrival: the entire
prepayment will be retained.
To avoid to lose your prepayment you have nevertheless the possibility
to make a new booking during the year that follows and your initial
prepayment will then be used to guaranty this new reservation.

Next to the Saint Germain des Prés area you find the Latin Quarter that has kept its name from the Roman époque when the Latins had their soldiers and administrators stationed here. Today, the heart of the Latin Quarters is the Sorbonne University, founded in 1253 and surrounded by small, winding streets and a multitude of cafés and restaurants often to moderate, student prices. Place St. Michel is the central meeting point of the area, and being just as busy during the day time as during the night time, it never sleeps.
